• 1 Year membership to Gymdrills.com
• (If you are already have a year membership you will be refunded your balance)

The Timeline

• Videos with be collected until April 12^th
• Videos will be posted on the site April 19th
• Contest winners will be announced on May 1^st
• In the case of a tie Contest semifinalists will be selected on or about May 1^st
• Then Contest winners will be announced on May 15th
• Semifinalists will be narrowed down by rating the drills on Gymdrills.com

The Details

• You must be 18 or older to enter
• All submitted videos will have your name in the title
• 10 Drills must be submitted before contest can start
• Videos may only have one drill
• Drill must be no longer then 1 minute
• Limit 3 drills per contestant
• Videos with be uploaded and kept on Gymdrills.com

Video Restrictions

• No Copyrighted or published video
• May not be from YouTube or other websites
• Videos can not be from congress or other training seminars
• Must be personal videos
• Must be a membership to submit a video (Free, Yearly, Monthly)
• Open to past members
